In Rhode Island, Judge Mary McElroy blocked Trump’s April 3, 2025, order to claw back $11 billion in bloated COVID-19 health funds, siding with 23 Democrat-led states. And nationwide, judges in Maryland, Massachusetts, and Washington state issued injunctions to stop Trump’s executive order ending birthright citizenship, defying the 14th Amendment’s intent.

These leftist lawless judges wield nationwide injunctions to paralyze Trump’s agenda, threatening a constitutional crisis.
